Angry Electrical Problems

My car is having major electrical problems. My display on the radio is all messed up and very random, sometimes my windshield wipers will not work until I put them on the highest setting for a couple of seconds than put them back down, other times when I turn them off the dam things still keep going. Next my car was misfiring, I replaced the spark plugs and it was fine again, 2 weeks later it does the same sh*t again. Also my passenger window is extremly slow and my power locks just stop working yesterday.... Freakin strange Ha.

Measure the AC output of the alternator using a multi meter set to AC. Measure from the negative post of the battery to the output post of the alternator. The reading must be below 0.03 VAC. If it's not, the diodes in the alternator are going bad and you will have to replace the alternator.
