Electrical Problems! @$*&%

95 Camaro 3.4 Circuit System:

Well, Im finally to the part where I am trieng to get my car's electrical system up and running again while I wait for it to get into the body shop.

I seem to have a "circuit out". My headlights, Signals, Brake Lights, Wipers, Ignition all work. (hear the clicks from dash but the starter moter is not hooked up and has cut wires, the moron!) maybe these wires make a looped circuit? because the wires for the starter are in the same "branch" as a few more that are cut.

BUT my Rear Hatch Switch, Door Locks, Power Windows, and Dome Light system,Heater motor do not. I'm not sure about the Radio, as I haven't hooked it up yet.

Now I know (from reading the wiring Diagram) that the BCM controls the courtesy lights and the Rear Hatch Switch. So I at least know that's not getting power. also loose ground on drivers side dash brace though.

I tried to hook up everything under the hood from the batt. as good as I can remember, but my idiot friend got cut-happy when we tore everything down, and there are several cut wires going into the pass. side firewall. Seems to me this may be somwhat of my problem. But I don't see how power would rin through those. The dist. center is tied to the battery then goes to the drivers side fuse block. HALP! lol

Thanks a ton guys, I know you guys will come through for me, at least if I $$$ ya, lol.

If you have cut wires and stuff, you are going to need a good wiring diagram. I don't know what it is you have been looking at, but a 1995 does not have a BCM.

BTW before a moderator steps in, a TTT after 24hrs is the regular rule around here.

Oh, sorry! just that "around here" lol, ive noticed if you dont the question sinks into a black hole never to be seen again. But I will respect the TTT, from now on. Sorry.

Your just the guy I wanted to see, I knew you didnt accept PM's so I thought I might get ya here.

But i did hope you'd have a lil more insight.

So am I right about the wires on the pass side f/w only being power out wires, not power in? and the car has no motor so maybe not enough ground.
