It's not tough. Place the motor over the housing, mark the ribs with a Sharpie, and divot back the water pump housing. A genuine 2 minute job, once the tools are assembled.
And there is no way I ever want to do grunt work in a shop. They could never afford me. Besides, it would be a waste of talent.
