Electric Cut Out-Wiring a Convertable Switch (McCord on a Borla)

I have searched everywhere and I can not find an answer. I have the stock convertable switch along with the wiring harness which only has four wires. The LS1 switch has six. My switch is labeled D C B A. Has anyone wired a cutout with the four wires and have any suggestions and/or wiring diagram.
