I to will be doing pacesetter longtubes that DO NOT have emissions hook ups and need to know what parts and install is invloved with removing A.I.R and EGR. Any instructions would be helpful. The actual header install instructions I have.

Didn't mean to highjack your thread but thought your might want some more info to.

The air pump, you unbolt and throw away anything attached to it. Easy enough.

EGR plates can be had at SJM. Mine are top notch pieces.

After you remove it, you might want to use a 5/8" vacuum cap to close off the nipple on the inlet air duct for the A.I.R. supply line.

I just made my own block off plates. I just took the old gaskets and traced them on a peice of 1/4 inch steel and cut and drilled them. They turned out great and didnt cost anything.
