EGR, AIR, and TB Bypass

Ive been reading up on these bypasses/deletes, and was wondering if anybody had some pics or follow ups to help me do them on my 94 Z. I appreciate everyones help.

TB coolant bypass (93/94 only):

-Drain coolant below TB level
-Protect Opti with towels/rags
-Pull the coolant hoses off the left and right side nipples on the TB
-Use a 3/8" barbed hose connector, with two clamps to connect those two coolant hoses together
-Refill coolant and bleed air out of system.
-put 3/8" vacuum caps on TB nipples (optional)

TB bypass provides a small performance gain.

EGR:

Depends how much you want to remove.

-remove riser tube from exhaust manifold to back of intake.
-block hole in the intake manifold with blanking plate (sjmmanufacturing.com), not absolutely required if you remove the EGR valve and cap the hole off too.
-block hole in exhaust manifold with a blanking plate
-remove EGR valve, block hole with blanking plate
-remove vacuum lines
-remove EGR vacuum solenoid
-cap vacuum port on side of intake manifold with a small vacuum cap
-insert a resistor in the harness plug for the EVAP solenoid, or have the code programmed out of the PCM
-hope you don't get an additional code for noo EGR flow, in which case you will have to have the code programmed out of the PCM.

No power gains. EGR recirc can actually help reduce detonation (knock) when lugging the engine at low RPM.

Somebody else might want to cover AIR......
