You just need EGR block off plates, i bought mine from UMI Performance for around 20.00, i made my own gaskets, with gasket material from Pep Boys, check Shoeboxes website, it shows you what the EGR looks like, and no you dont need to remove the intake, just the EGR, and Air Pump.

Assuming the "96" in your screen name indicates the year of your car, you will get an SES light and codes for the missing EGR and AIR systems. The codes will need to be 'programmed out' of the PCM.

You will need a couple small vacuum caps for the AIR and EGR vacuum connections at the intake manifold. The exact details of the AIR vacuum system will depend on whether your car had the AIR recall done on it. You will need a 3/4" vacuum cap to plug the hole on your air intake, where the AIR connection for the air supply to the pump is removed.
