Get them from Steve. I got mine from him and they're great. The search function would yield pages of results referring to SJM, just an FYI.

Why bother with the plates at all. I left the EGR and all assorted crap in place. If the EGR valve is in good shape, it will work like a blockoff plate. I put a plate I cut out of steel with a dremel over the mounting plate on the headers. I left the metal hose from the back of the manifold in place. Once everything was installed and tuned, no way to tell it's been disconnected. Looks totally stock. As long as it's not running, that is
