Where are you located? Maybe we can come up with a member here with access to some equipment who can help you diagnose your car?

Fuel pressure regulator...what is your fuel psi @ idle?
Vaccum leaks?
Faulty injectors? Are they stuck?
Getting good spark?
The fuel pressure regulator is stock, there is a brand new walbro 255 pump in the tank, and it isn't having any problems dumping gas into the motor, so I didn't even bother to check the pressure, but I would say it would definetly be at 43.5 psi. The faulty injectors thing I would believe and is actually what I thought with the used 42 lb/hr SVO injectors, but after putting the stock 22 lb/hr injectors in, it still does the same crap, so it cant be that, I also check all the O rings and they were all perfect on both sets of injectors, cuz I have read bad O rings cause these cars to run rich. I also haven't found any vaccum leaks.. I checked the valve timing and plug wires to see if any were crossed and none were and timing was fine. Also the car is set to run in open loop in the chip, and I am not running the oxygen sensors so that knocks the possibility out.

I mean the car runs, with fresh plugs, so I am definetly getting spark, but it is just dumping way too much gas in for some unknown reason, you can tell from all the brownish colored smoke and extreme smell of raw gas, and I just can't seem to figure out why. I really wouldn't care about running a bit rich, but this is just rediculus, cuz the car will run fine, rich as hell, but it will run (even if I kill it, it will start back up), but then the following day it wont run at all, and when you pull the plugs they are just a dark black covered with carbon. I wish there was a way I could just play with the a/f ratios, but the only thing I could even do is drop the fuel pressure to as low as 35 psi, but that prolly wouldn't even cut enough fuel. The tuning was done (the first chip and switching adapter was burned twice, and the second chip and normal adapter I bought after realizing that the first one wasn't doing too much was burned) by Ion, and he has done tons of these cars, so it should be fine. So what else is there that would cause the PCM to dump excessive amount of fuel into the car (too the point were the car floods and fouls plugs)? What is it that makes the PCM run excessively rich when you put a cam in, in the first place, cuz from what I read and noticed on my car after the heads/cam swap is it will run very very rich even with stock injectors after a cam swap?
