edelbrock header ?

i just put my edelbrock shortys in last weekend, and i cant get the bolt in the last hole on the passenger side header. Anyone else have this problem? When we took the stock manifolds off there was no bolt there at all. So after they were off we made sure the bolt would go in and it did. But i cant get it to go in with the headers on.

I have Edel. TES on mine and the pass side is always a PITA to put back on, after gasket changes. I have to lift up and back at the same time, to get it to work. Try putting in one or two bolts in up front (not all the way, loose) as a guide, then try to put on the back one. Hope this helps.

i already have the headers on. I will have to wait to this weekend if its nice or to another time to pull off the header and try it again. I can get the bolt in there but it doesnt want to screw in. Also where can i get the gaskets that go between the manifolds and y pipe? Everywhere i try around here doesnt have them that big, what size are they 2.5?

I had to call Edel. themselves and It was a 2.5 gasket, about 20$ for the pair.
