GARBAGE!
Sorry, but you need to stop trying to skimp on the opti, it is one of the most critical parts of the engine. The cheapest I have seen them go for (OEM) is $230 for a Delphi and $280 for an AC Delco from "thepartsladi" on ebay. Anything less, stay away!

EDIT: This is what you want.

This is all good info, and I am not blind and have read he problems people are having with ebay optisparks (all ignition especially). But I am on a college budget, if i can find a stock unit for cheaper, im going for it.

So you're telling me this guy is flat out lying about ths unit being "Produced by AC-Delco manufacturer" "100% new OEM unit".

just want to be positive.

All I can tell you is that I wouldn't trust them, I have seen too many threads warning people to stay away from AllIgnition. Being on a budget always sucks, but doing an opti replacement twice in two weeks is even worse, I should know.

This is an aftermarket opti married to an MSD cap/rotor kit. It had roughly 40 miles on it and about 2 days usage...

My all-ignition opti just took a **** after 3k miles. I tried calling them and emailing but no response yet.

So Im wondering are "thepartsladi" optis actually delco????? Ive seen them on ebay for $277 shipped while any other site delcos are almost $400.

It's funny how sayings such as, "If it sounds too good to be true, it is",
holds true after hundreds of years, yet people *STILL* fall prey.
