easy fix for torn intake elbow

Hey guys, my elbow was torn on the bottom, and was causing me to suck air and run way too rich. well, I took off the clamp and cut off the whole part where the clamp goes, up to the first bump. Then put the clamp on farther back (you'll have to loosen it) and popped the whole thing on. the silencer will bend enough to accomplish this. it looks fine, completely air tight, and doesnt cost money. just an idea for you guys w/ messed up elbows

On a 93 it would not affect mixture - no MAF.
