Crawl under the car, grab the harness connector and unplug it. Tape the ends to keep water out. Why would you want to damage the wires, rather than simply unplugging it?

FYI, unplugging or cutting the wires on a 94 or 95 will not light the SES light, but the PCM will store code DTC 84. You can only eliminate the code if you add the 2.2Kohm resistor in the harness connector, or accross the correct pins at the PCM.

takes 5 minutes, no cutting. just unplug from the PCM and tape off. worked on mine, no SES light but a code is permanetly stored in the PCM.
