E-Cutout before headers...A problem?

I may get a Electric cutout before i get my headers. But i don't know if i should or not. I'm gonna be doing a single cat conversion and i don't want to have to get my cutout re-welded to another spot afterwards. What part of the exhaust system is the best place to put the cutout that will not require me to relocate it after my header install.

on the catback just before it goes over the rear axle, right under the rear passenger seat.

Do yourself a favor and get a cutout from www.dmhperformance.com

These cutouts are fully warrantied for 4 years and have the best materials in them. I just recently bought one for my borla catback and I LOVE it. You can see my write up in the link below.

Yeah but do you think i will have to relocate it once i get my headers. Since i gotta get a S-pipe to make my dual cat work with a single cat header? I just don't want to get it welded in somewhere and then have to have it cut off once i get headers.

Back in front of the rear axle is plenty of room to not have to move it no matter what you do with the headers.
