This E-10 crap they have really sucks...

I think my semi-hard starts in the morning is due to this ethanol mix they have around here. At first I thought it was my fuel pump going out for the THIRD time, but I checked my fuel pressure and it primes up to 30 PSI and runs at 42.5 PSI with the compensation line taken off.

Anyone else seem to have some problems with this ethanol crap?

I really doubt it is bcuz of the E10 that is now in gas bcuz all cars in the US have been able to handle it since '89(?). Now, that doesn't rule out bad gas though.

GM accepts any pressure in the range of 41-47psi. I haven't seen too many that reach 47psi.

LMFAO!! Welcome to our world where we have been forced to run it for over Fifteen years!

I have found the tune needs to change for E-10. I get alot of cars that were tuned in Texas and other east coast areas that just won't run well up here.

You may be fattening things up

Is it really supposed to prime to that high? Maybe I should change my fuel filter and see if that helps. I sure hope that my pump isn't going out again... But it is under warranty.

It doesn't do any more. I really think that my fuel pump is going south again.
