well the title doesn't suggest that

but good numbers, i think your tuning is helping you alot. it's good to see people happy with their numbers instead of the other way around

I'd say those are about normal. We just had a dyno tune day and the one 94 guy that showed (CCRJON) put out I believe 276/310 with just a CAI, Borla, and a tune.

13.7 with your mods seems VERY good. I would probably wet my pants if i get that time when i go to the track friday. I have 96 formy A4 moroso cai, PCM tuned, Slp cat-back, and 3.73's. I'll be happy with a 14.0

hey Fastbird93,

I've heard both a PCM4LESS chip, and a Aeromotive AFPR work very well together on '93's. What do you think?

I wouldn't say freak either. Mine dynoed 291hp and 319 tq with slp shorties and 3" exhaust, cai, and electric H20 pump and a small increase in timing.

I was disappointed somewhat with mine but the track numbers were good. 13.13@107.

I have since added roller rockers and got a 13.02@112. Apparently limited traction. I bet it is over 300 now. Not bad for a bolt on LT1 but not a freak to me.

Yeah, 93's respond very well to fuel pressure changes, and the computer isn't going to compensate. Throw a tune in there from pcmforless and you stand to pick up a few for sure. An aeromotive isn't my first choice for a regulator though. They're larger than stock and can pose a mounting issue. I personally like the hypertech, it's a stock sized/located piece that's very easy to work.

I'd say it's a healthy running LT1, but by no means a freak.
