Woah those are pretty low numbers for your setup.

How old is your Opti/plugs/wires/coil?

Also what kind of flow numbers did those heads make? I know people have made more power than that with the 306 and stock heads.

something is up!

How does the car feel? strong?

that really low...I barely have you on torque with stock cam and heads...

is the tuning for the 306 or did you have it before the cam?

Re: Dyno resultswith 306 cam

Car runs really really strong and pulls hard. The motor is new and has 2500 miles on it. Plugs and wires are new as well as the opti. I just think the dyno needed to be re-calibrated or something because a friend of mine dynoed right around the same number with just bolt ons and I can beat him easy on the street. It was 96 degrees at the time of the dyno but it shouldn't affect it that much.

How did you determine you had a valve train problem?

Re: Dyno resultswith 306 cam

Turns out the problem was me and over tightening the valves. I pulled the heads again to port out the heads some more because I was a bit conservative the first time and then re did the valves correctly. Had to get new pushrods cause two were slightly bent.
