dyno results.. nitrous

went and got the car dynoed today and pulled some good numbers on the bottle.
from the look of the graphs, i think i need some ignition upgrads or new opti, which is most likely the case.
anyway 150 jets in the car

A4 or M6. Your NA torque seems low either way. Need a full list of mods. Also are these SAE corrected.

I think you have some great numbers and I can see why you're ecstatic. You've managed to add 40 hp or so to the bone stock numbers and it looks like the 150 hp shot is giving you everything it advertises. Congratulations!

Re: dyno results.. nitrous

i got it dynoed around 2 years ago. 267/304, only difference since then is EWP and diff plugs. i THINK the TQ is lower due to my opti going out.
dyno numbers all around are lower due to the converter ( its an auto by the way ).
yes the numbers are corrected.

Re: dyno results.. nitrous

SAE corrected, 1.02 correction factor, it was over 100* ambient air temp in the bay where the dyno was. #'s are with an unlocked converter, would be a little higher locked obviously.

Mods: Let me see if I remember this right... Fuddle 3200 2.0 STR, Pacesetter LT's & ORY, bullet muffler after the Y, K&N CAI, EWP, BBK crank pulley, TR6's @ .035" gap, Taylor wires w/ OVC looms, mail order tune, 255lph walbro pump. Car has over 80K miles, stock opti-crap, 3.23's, no dyno tricks...

NX jetting calls for 62N/35F, that's what is in the nozzle.

Re: dyno results.. nitrous

The TQ seems way low.... my car did more than that on a 100 kit, 2 years ago or so before I did a lot to the car.

My car also went 12.119 @ 115.45 @ OSW on the same kit/same pressure so there is deffinately something up with your car or your kit.

Eddie, the #'s in his sig are w/ a bad fuel pump and the car leaning out bad. Haven't run the car since the dyno yesterday... I'm willing to be it will trap better than 109-110.

Eh... broken car woes. Death & illnesses in the family, layed off last month. Kinda been laying low, when the weather cools off and things go back to normal - you can expect to see me & the car more often.

Re: dyno results.. nitrous

Do you have clearer/larger photos of the dyno sheet? Looks like its jagged on the initial hit and then does a few spirals on the back end???????
