good #'s for the restrictions mentioned.

1 5/8 shortys and the stock TB are the biggest restrictions right now. I would upgrade them and the car will fly.

Was the car dynoed at that altitude?

honestly, this cam feels a lot LESS aggressive than when I first got it in. I feel like it lopes LESS than my 230/236 112 XE lobe cam in the 350. However it is a much bigger cam of course, the cubes eat up the sound well. I am even thinking about the LE3 package all together, but I graduate college in December so I wont be buying anything until then (except nitrous).

I got a new opti in and it was blipping in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at the track at about 5000rpms like on the dyno. Once this is fixed im hoping for 12.4@111 out here... I understand you guys think that is a bad time to run with a 383, but at this altitude I am finally getting happy w/ the car. I was running a 104.5 trap with the stock block and cam mentioned above. A 5.5 mph trap increase for doing my 383 w/ LE1 heads, LE2 cam changing nothing and both with a mailorder tune is good to me.

111? that thing will go way faster provided it doesn;t have a raceweight of 3600lbs and you can cut a good 60ft. I think your going to go faster than that, your near 400rwhp and tq. I know the alt will play in but im thinkin more like 113-114. good luck with it

I'd really like to see this car go to Houston Raceway Park (ele. 15ft) and do some passes.

Congrats and I'm sorry all at the same time. The only thing I've ever liked about Houston was HRP.

hey, I'll take one good thing about a town... I have been living in Lubbock, TX for 6 and a half years now. Houston sounds like heaven. AND it has a track w/ negative DAs.
