Dyno results
Went with the car club to the only area chassis dyno today. Made four pulls while I was there. All four were almost identical.
I laid down 267 hp and 304 ft/lbs of torque at the rear tires.
Thoughts / opinions?
I don't think that's too shabby for an old 94,000 mile car.
Still has the original converters, Opti and O2 sensors.
30,000 miles on the plugs and wires. No power mods either except for the CAI and Loudmouth.
If you looked at the air/fuel ratio you would see that I'm running WAY too rich for max power. 11/1 for most of the pull dipping to 10/1 over 5000rpm.
I can't wait to get a cam and headers now.

Later this year I will be going with 1 3/4 AS&Ms, RT cat pipe and an XE 224/230 (the .536/.544) cam package. Of course I will be doing plugs, wires, and O2 sensors. A new Opti will be going in as well. I'll be working (at least initially) with a mail order tune. There will be NO head porting done.
Does anybody think that expecting 335-340rwhp with that combination on stock heads is unrealistic?
Any opinions are welcome. Be gentle though.
