Dyno Numbers

I just got back from getting my car dyno'd. The numbers weren't quite what I was expecting. HP: 287.78 TQ: 325.17. I was wondering what others with mods similar to mine were running so I know wether to be happy or cry . The mods are listed in my sig and the links to the dyno graphs are below. Let me know what you guys think.

Re: Dyno Numbers

Where is the rest of your graph? You only pulled it to 5400! They should have pulled it to 5800 or so. Regardless it looks like your car is falling on its face fast! At 5300 your car is already on a decline. You might need some new valve springs. How many miles are on the car? Might as well throw some rockers on there as well. You can go into the link in my sig and check out my dyno graph with similar mods. I have rockers though.

Re: Dyno Numbers

I was kinda thinking the same thing. When the guy was making the pulls he shut it down there? I don't know why, it's the first time I've dyno'd a car. The car has 66,000 miles on it and the valve train is untouched. I've got some 1.6 rr's for it but I haven't put em on yet. I'm planning on putting the rogkers on when I figure out what springs to run.

....generally 6spd cars w/ your mods run in the 290's so your not far off....I wouldnt be too worried, run the car at the track and see what kinda times you get...

It's a 6 speed. So it looks pretty normal? That's good, I was hoping for about 300, but oh well, I guess I'll just have to spend more money!
