I got my rotating assembly from them.
Probe pistons/eagle rods/Scat crank plus king bearings.

Was it already balanced? How was your experience? I'm looking for some people who've had something assembled by them (ie. shortblocks etc)

They pay the same price for parts as everyone else. If they are so inexpensive, where does the cost savings come from? The quality of the assembly, which is mediocre at best. They are a decent source for parts but are not carefully assembled engines.

Well how is their machine work? That's my main issue... i can assemble the motor myself... but I figure 1500 EASY for a rotating assembly, and another 500 at least for a machine bill plus misc. sh*t. So hell even if their machine shop is decent I may consider it. I can't justify the 3500 VRE or Golen want for a short block... that I can assemble myself for 1k less

Now don't get me wrong, both those companies seem like excellent companies, and have excellent people working for them. I'm just budget building here.

I have a good local builder who put it together.

Everything checked out prior to assembly just fine.
