dual cats?

i was looking at a hooker cat-back for a 95 Z/28 on summit last night and in the notes it said for dual cats only. i thought all 4th gens were single cat. is this part of the cali emissions package or something?

1993, 1994 and "most" 1995's are single cat. 1995 CA-emissions A4's and all 1996-97 LT1 are dual cats.
