I scanned my 94 Z28 yesterday and I was showing DTC 18. According to Shoebox's site, that is for "18 Injector circuit(s)". My Z seems to be running fine and it did not trip a SES light...
I cleared the code to see if it will come back... Any idea what causes this code and how to fix it?

See if it comes back. Might be an injector going bad or connector loose. You could "ohm" the injectors to see if they are all within limits. They should be in the 12 ohm range.

 

Thanks Shoebox, I'll wait a week or so and scan it again to see if the code is back... If it does, I'll try to search for the faulty connection or injector.
