DTC 13 and 63

What can I do to test the right and left o2 sensors... could something else be causing these problems?

From: Hell was full so they sent me to NJ

Codes are for "open circuit".... they are either unplugged, burned out, or the wiring harnesses are messed up. Put a scanner on it and look at the O2 sensor voltages.
