DTC=PO151

Bank2 sensor1 HO2S circuit low voltage

what could cause this?
can it be fixed without changing the O2?

If you are having a wiring, connection or PCM problem, yeah, but chances are it is the O2 sensor. Check for burnt wiring first, especially if you have headers.
