lt4 km worth it right now?

just wondering if an lt4 km is worth it right now
i'm getting my gmmg exhaust here soon on a gp and i will be either making my intake or buying one soon
basically that's all the mods (trying to save for headers soon)
should i get the lt4 km? i'm already ordering some stuff from gmpartdirect.com for my window switch and door lock actuator so...now would be the time to do it i guess
would it benefit me that i would see an advance in timing because it wouldn't be detecting false knock from the exhaust noise?
thanks guys

no you dont need it untill you have headers or RR's.

Since you'll soon be purchasing a set of headers...it won't hurt for you to go ahead and purchase one now, but just so you know...a cat-back exhaust doesn't produce false knock. And on a side note...it would probably be cheaper to order that stuff from Jason Cromer.

unvc92camarors,

I noticed you mentioned ordering some stuff for your window switch and door lock....do you happen to know a part number for the whole driver's side unit? I dont want to try to replace just the broken pwr lock button.

Thanks

well, i actually got the passenger side actuator so i'm not quite sure what the driver's side is
are you looking to get an actuator, switch or what?
here is shoebox's site
http://shbox.com/1/Parts.htm
he's got a lot of part numbers and just use the find thing in your browser to look it up real easy
if he doesn't have it, just email gmpartsdirect.com
they get back to you the next day and they have helped me with numerous part #'s so far (i didn't know about shoebox's part # site until just a few days ago)
i actually looked at the site and 10402836 might be what you're looking for
punch it in on gmpartsdirect.com and see if it is
hope that helps
