Dropping Engine Now...Got A Question!

Alright, so I read a lot of the posts about taking the engine out through the bottom and I have it disconnected and unbolted and am currently lifting the body off...

One line is still attached. It is a braided steel line that goes from the firewall underneath the master cylinder and goes down to something next to the driver's side of the transmission (M6 car). What is this? Fitting make it look cydraulic.

PS. Kinda waiting on this answer to finish dropping the engine

...interesting... How do you disconnect it? (probably a stupid question but I'm not seeing it and don't feel like tinkering right now). Thanks!

Okay. I was thinking of just taking the line off but that sounds good. Whole thing is coming off. Thanks guys. I know it is late and I appreciate the help. (this is taking waaaaaaaaaaaaaay longer than expected)
