Drive shaft

My drive shaft by the trany tail will come up and hit the floor board when i realy floor it... it dident do this befor and i cant find anything broke u can see the mark it made when ur under the car...... any one no what causes this

could be a broken motor mount. the rubber could be pulling away from the metal plates but looks intact when looking at it. put the car up on ramps and put a jack under the tail shaft, or tranny pan(use a peice of wood or something to distribute the force so you don't cruch the pan) and jack up the tranny a bit and you will be able to see if the mount is any good. if not it is easy enough to replace it and only about $20.

I believe you mean a Tranny mount. That's what it sounds like to me.

same prob with mine, blew the trans mount twice, change in 25 minutes, save the hassle of getting under there twice and buy a poly mount 20$

Replaced it today with new brake and a hooker cat back...... COld air intake will be here tomorrow
