Dose anyone know if a convertible weights more than a t-top car or a hardtop and would it make a diff in a race and would you race with it down or up?

 

The GM published figures show the convertible weighs about 80# more. 80# will cost you 1/10th and 1MPH. Keep top up.

NHRA will make you race with the top up, unless you have arm restraints. You also need a roll bar to run under 14.00
