Cool Doing Headers, What Stuff Do I need?

I just purchase a set of jet hot coated Mac Headers, and I also got a dual cat y-pipe from random tech. I was wondering what else what I need? What kind of Gaskets and also would stage 8 locking nuts be worth getting? I do plan on running Over the Valve cover wires and also which plugs should I get? Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.

Might want to double check, but I've seen it mentioned on here that the best gaskets to use with the MAC's are stock GM's (which is a good gasket, you're not 'settling' at all). For the collectors/ y-pipe to exhaust, I like the Mr. Gasket Ultra Seal types. They're cheap, do an excellent job, and you can get them just about anywhere (Advance, Poop Boys, Autozone, etc). I've tried the 'dead soft' aluminum ones ($20! ) and blew them both out within a month. Garbage.

For plugs, I'd do a search. Lots of different opinions on these, but NGK's appear to have the best rep. FWIW, I run standard Bosch platinums (NOT +2 or +4) and they're doing just fine. Just don't waste your $$ stock replacements.

I've never tried Stage 8's, but with MAC's you should have enough room to use them. I just used ARP stainless hex heads, they're doing just fine as well.

Just a suggestion - put that sig on a diet
