does this sound like the opti?

ok, cold start my car runs about 20mins then dies. if you immediately try to restart it will fire but only run for like 5secs, let it cool down for 10-15mins and it mite run 5-10mins, longer you let it sit , longer it will run. so basically when it warms up it dies. replaced the obvious culprit the ICM and no luck. replaced the coil and the same. only leaves the opti right, or possible new ICM bad out the box? while its running it runs fine, but will just start to sputter for 5-10secs then dies.
one other thing to add, i just had dumps put on my car with spiral flow mufflers, 2 days (put about 30miles on the car at most ) after installing them im now noticing this problem. not sure if its related or not but.. car hasnt been tuned for the duals but was previously tuned for ORY and magnaflo catback?? its not throwing any SES lites or anything either.
If the car dies from loss of hi or low res opti pulses, it will throw a code I believe.
If you don't have a code, then I would assume that's not the problem.
Unplug your O2 sensors just to eliminiate the possible cause of transition into closed loop. If it doesnt die anymore, then your problem lies there.

If water hits the MAF it will richen way up and die. Check for moisture in the intake tube, and see if the electrical connection at the MAF is loose or something, maybe wiggle it when idling and see if it stalls.
Not all problems with the O2 sensors turn the SES light on.
Assuming you have a 94, which is OBD-I, the only code for the MAF sensor is for total failure of the circuit. A leaking inlet elbow, contaminated wires, or anything else that causes the MAF sensor to report faulty air flow numbers will not set a code. OBD-II added several additional codes, including rationality checks for air flow rate, but not available in OBD-I.
You should add a "Signature" with basic into about your car - year, model, engine, tranny and any major mods. We can guess from your screen name that you have a 94.... but there are many people here who have cars that are completely different from screen name. Does your car have a blower (ttrim)? Info like that needs to be available, to help us help you.
