Does it mater where the sprockets are?
Does it mater where the sprockets are?
Just putting the opti back on, not sure where the cars cylinders are but as long as I put the cam pin threw the sproket and put the pin in the correct groove, tooth thing on the opti I will have no problem right?
Just checking.

You just need to make sure the cam dowel pin goes into the correct hole in the Opti. One of the three holes is "different". Do not force it into the other two. Also, if you did cam swap, check the length of the dowel pin before you put the Opti on.

If you put the dowel in the correct slot on the opti drive, you're good. It does not matter if you moved the timing gears after you put them on, lined up correctly. The opti does not care where the pin is, as long as it goes in the correctl slot.
