Not really needed since there is full carpet under/behind the 4th Gen seats, except for a small 2"X8" strip under the bolt for each seat bottom. And the Mustang seats apparently weigh a ton more than the F-Body. You would need to pull the seats and the belts to get close to 35# on the F-Body.
