Do Mac headers come with hardware?

Do Mac headers come with hardware?
I ordered a set of Mac headers and had them Jet-hot coated. When I received them today, there were no gaskets, bolts, or instructions. Did Jet-hot forget to send them along with the headers or are they not included? Thanks.
