do LT1's loose power?

Dr. Mudge. you seem to know quite a bit about the f-body. check this out
from GM:
Chassis Lubrication
Lubricate the suspension and steering linkage. Lubricate the transmission shift linkage
Interval: Every 6000 miles or 6 months whichever occurs first
I have NEVER dont his before. So what do I lubricate it with?
and when they say lubricate the suspension, steering linkage, trans. linkage - what the heck????
