Do LT1 Heads have Helacoils in all the Rocker Stud Bolt holes?

Do LT1 Heads have Helacoils in all the Rocker Stud Bolt holes?
Well I disassembaled my heads and all the rocker stud holes have helacoils in them.
Was this factory? I know the valve covers have been off since it had orange gaskets on them.

I believe the orange gaskets are stock as well as the heli coils...

Hmm are they? I also noticed a **** poor job with the silicone in back to seal the intake, this also leads me to believe something has been done.

I'll back up Rodrigues on his statement. The factory intake seal might not be pretty either.
