Do LCA's really help?

If they do, what exactly is their purpose and what makes them better? Also what are some good brands to look into? One more thing, since I have an auto are they as vital as an m6 would need?

Thanks

Check out www.bmrfabrication.com and go to the FAQ section. I have the tubular poly/polyends with relocation brackets and they made a big improvement. Don't listen to people that tell you the poly bushings bind, because they do not if installed correctly.
