do i need a spacer for 94 style hub on a 96z?
do i need a spacer for 94 style hub on a 96z?
i have a 96z and an obd1 conversion. the reluctor ring wont fit with a double roller timing chain and the obd1 doesnt even read the crank sensor so i put it back together with no ring and a 94 style hub. in someones previous post i read if u use the 94 style hub u need a spacer. but i have a double roller so am i fine hub only no spacer??

btw i had to grind the keyway down flush to the gear. sorry im beating this to death i just dont need any more problems and i almost have it together and i dont want to have to tear it down before i crank it. also if anyone cares it has only about two days of work left then to the dyno will post numbers!

The '94 is the right length without the wheel. '94 don't have a wheel so yours without the wheel is the same as a '94.
Your original hub is shorter so the wheel will fit.
