Hey guys. I'm planning on getting some headers installed on my car and just wanted to get a quick run down or look over everything from many of you, to make sure I have all the parts necessary for the header install. If I am forgetting anything major, please let me know! Thanks.

O2 Sensors (2 Front)
O2 SIMS (2 Rear)
Fuel Filter
NGK TR55 Spark Plugs
Thunder Racing OVC Wire Kit
Breslin 3/8” Stainless 1” Length Bolts
Fel-Pro 1406 Header Gaskets
Kooks Magnaflow CAT Y-pipe
Kooks 1 7/8” – 1 3/4” with 3” Collector

 

might as well replace motor mounts if youve got a lot of miles on your car.

 

I currently have a lil over 106K.

 

i would get some heat sleeves for the plug wires as well. will save you if a wire gets some slack in it and decides to rest on a pipe. found here: http://www.thunderracing.com/catalog...vid=4&pcid=198 and you can get them at summitracing.com as well. just an idea. oh, and i would replace the motor mounts as well.

 

any good recommendations for motor mounts??

I had to get front O2 extensions for my LTs. Will you need them?

 

I'm not sure yet. I thought the extensions were for the rear O2's.How long did you have to extend? Does anyone with Kooks headers find they need to use front O2 extensions?
