306 cam with w/ comp #850-16 roller lifters?

I noticed alot of people recommend getting the comp "r" lifters with the 306 cam. I have the 1.6 crane gold rockers(just additional info) that I plan on using with the 306, can I not get the comp #850-16 roller lifters instead of the comp "r" lifters or will they collapse in time. I also noticed some websites say LS1 HYDRAULIC ROLLER LIFTERS when referring to the #850-16 lifters, it will still work in my Lt1 right? Thanks for any help.

Yes they will work just fine. Also stock replacements would also work pretty well too. I think the springs you will be running should be the determining factor on which lifters you get. The Comp R's would be better with higher spring pressures, and the stockers or stock replacement ones could be used with the springs with lower spring pressures.

I will be using the crane 10308 spring kit which I think will put the lift at .544/.575 or vise versa with my 1.6 roller rockers. Will these lifters still work?

-What is the pressure limits for OE hydrolic lifters? (850-16) For example; it can be used with 26918 beehive springs? (130 presure)..
-If there is more spring pressure that lifter can handle, then Rev Kits will protect the lifters right??

Stock or stock replacement will be fine.
Don't need a rev kit.
Run the springs that are recommended for the cam.
