Do aftermarket dampners come with keyed hubs?

Do aftermarket dampners come with keyed hubs?
I'm in the market for a dampner and need to know if the ones that come with hubs are keyed or not? Also what diameter should I get for TC78 383. It'll be SFI approved for sure.

The ATI SuperDamper includes a keyway in the hub.

Fluidampr comes with a keyway as well.

Yep, thats what I have. Its keyed.
