when you installed the cutout, did you install it in the open position to make sure that it didnt get stuck or something if it was a little out of place? i installed it in the closed position, (on the borla catback) and it gets stuck relatively quick, i guess i never considered it could be at a point where it would bind with the pipe.

 

I installed mine closed and it did bind on the pipe when I first tried it. Just loosen up the bolts and rotate it a little while someone opens and closes it. That's why those holes are elongated. Also you can take a flash light and look in the tail pipe to see if it opens all the way or not. I could barely see up the pipe, but it was better than doing it blind.
