Dynoing the car in a lower gear will always give you a lower readings due to more INERTIAL loss to the drivetrain.

I had a friend look at the DataMaster file for me. Two things, my O2 readings are not going up above 700mv at WOT and my car is not in closed loop. I dynoed in Open Loop. I looked at the log and from start up to the end of the dyno runs were less than a minute. I remember reading somewhere that it takes "x" amount of time from start-up for the car to into Closed loop, no matter what the temp is.

So now I have a few things to do. Replace the O2's, fix the y-pipe from knocking causing the Knock Retard and re-test in 3rd gear and in Closed loop.

Thanks for all the advice. I will keep you guys posted. It will probably be at least a couple of weeks before I can go back.

The car will always go into open loop at WOT.

But even on acceleration and at idle it was not in Closed Loop.

Anybody know how long the car has to be running, assuming it is at the proper temp, to go into closed loop?

2-3 minutes about, unless its freezing where you live. With the 180º you should have no problems though.
