What is the special tool that is needed to disconnect the fuel lines to the rail Iam swapping to bigger injectors and I cannot get the lines disconnected that go to the rail. How can i get them off without using the tool?

most parts stores have them. Its called a "quick fuel line dissconnect". Should come with an assortment that fit about any type of line on any car. It just slips over the line and then you push it up into the fitting and it pops right off.

You can not get them off without the tool but you can get one of them from any autoparts store. I bought mine at autozone for like 5 bucks.

just go to autozone or someplace like that. You can pick up a kit for prolly bout 7-8 bucks. The kit will have a bunch of different sizes in it, which will work on diff. cars as well. I put a fuel filter on a friends 94 ford lightning and luckly I had the kit, didnt know it had that type of fitting.

Pierre
5/16" for the return line and 3/8" for the supply line.
