I bought a 94 corvette lt1 and 4l60 out of the same car. I'm putting them in my 95 3.4 camaro. I've been doing my homework and know that the vette lt1 is 300hp, it's a four bolt main as opposed to two bolt, accessory brackets and accessory locations are different from camaro lt1, vette has two knock sensors as opposed to one, and fuel rails are different. I'm looking for any other information pertaining to the differences in location of any sensors, vaccuum lines, etc. that would help me with the swap (mainly to determine what harness I will use and also to help me determine what modifications I will have to do to the harness).

p.s. I'm using a 94 z28 computer- I will have it reprogramed for 95 specs so hopefully brake components and airbags will work properly, also deleting vats, and as of now will be using 94 or 95 ecm wiring harness.

While I have searched the motor swap threads and have found usefull info, I'm now looking for specifics. Any help or insight at all is extremely appreciated.

 

first off airbags and brakes ect should all be completely oblivous to the motor stuff...i think...

a 94 and 95 computer should be the same even for a vette..what you need to do is buy a cheap intake manifold off the boards here...(75 bux or so) with fuel rails...and get a lt1 94 f-body wire harness...same as 95 i believe with the eception of opti section and install those on your motor...
then get an accesory bracket from somewhere...junkyard or here...
and you can use just one of those knock sensors...

i might not be dead on but im pretty sure im close...
