There is not much functional or size difference, like the front. They are set at a different "clock position" on the axle housing and have a different parking brake setup. If you swap to LS1 brakes, you will need the calipers, rotors, caliper mounting bracket and axles (the axles are a slightly different length because of the parking brake change).

thanks i was offered the rear set for 250 i was like i dont think there is any difference glad i asked first though
