switching springs

i have 2 4th gen fbodies: my z and my mom's v6 firebird. i was wondering if it would be worth it for me to switch out the rear springs between the two? wouldnt my mom's car handle better and wouldnt my car get a little better lauching at the track? also i plan on getting a used set of drag launch springs for just the front. so would a set of drag launch springs in the front, and a set of v6 springs in the rear help me out any at the track???

The V6 springs should be a little softer and help with weight transfer. I guess you are going to swap them and not tell your mom? Depending on how much she pays attention to her car, she might notice the difference.

If the shocks are up to the task, I would say yes. It would also be better if they were at all corners and not just on the back. It is possible to upset the predictability of the handling of the car with changing just one end.
