What's a good automotive diagnosic tool to buy? Are the one's at Oreily's or Autozone any good? At school we use the snap on's but I'm sure those are very expensive so.. The reason I'm asking is because my uncle want's to get one for his 01' Ford F150 and would also like it to be compatable to use on my 95 ta.

You will have to spend a little more to be able to do OBD-I for the 1995 and OBD-II for the 01. Autoxray makes some decent stuff. Check out their website.
