Did you hook the 2 coolant lines going into the TB together?

Hose, tube whatever. A disconnected hose wouldn't cause a no-start condition. You must've accidently disconnect a connector in the general area that you were working on. Check it out.

I don't really understand what you did, but here's what you're supposed to do.

Need more details on "won't start". What exactly is it doing?

Heck, you could have left the coolant hoses hanging loose and it shouldn't cause a no start situation. You must have disconnected something.

there is only one tube coming from the collant right? it passes through the front of the trottle bpdy then out the passengers side and into the heads or down into something right? so i disconnected the tube from the return and put it into the feed which is a long mwetal tube that goes into the heads right?

You did the routing correctly for a 95 LT1. That picture reference by ibanez is for a 93-94

Does it turn over and try to start and then not idle, and then die? Well then, that means you didn't put your intake boot back on properly. It should slide on if it is on correctly. It may look correct, but you just can't tell because it's usually the bottom portion that doesn't go on right, you have to be careful when putting the boot back on. Check all your electrical connections, the IAT sensor on the outside bend of the intake boot, the vacuum line on the top. Those are the only two items needed to be disconnected when doing this mod (as I did it yesterday and had NO problems). There is no reason why your car shouldn't start just by rerouting those hoses, like shoebox said, even leave those hanging and it will still run fine.
